Relaxing in Style
Our lakefront is a staple of our neighborhood. We know how much our residents enjoy sitting by the lake and taking in the beautiful scenery our neighborhood has to offer.
A few years ago, we installed chairs at the lakefront and noticed an increase in residents lounging by the lake. Our original chairs were made from recycled plastic. Unfortunately, this material did not hold up well at the joints and began cracking at the screws due to the high usage.

We took all of this into consideration and made a much-needed upgrade.
After researching different brands and products, we decided Weathercraft Outdoor Furniture had just what we needed for our community.
These new Adirondack chairs are:
made from pressure treated wood
painted with two coats of Duckback outdoor paint
UV ray and rain resistant
commercial grade - heavy duty for Hotels, Country Clubs
long-lasting with stainless steel screws and bolts
made in America
We’re confident that with these features, these chairs will be a long-term investment for our neighborhood that can be enjoyed for years to come.
But that’s not all! Replacing the chairs was not enough. In an effort to increase community in our neighborhood, we chose to purchase chairs which are connected with a small table between them. We now have the perfect spot to get to know your neighbor.
Additionally, we know the Florida heat is coming soon. That’s why we chose to purchase a model which accepts a built-in umbrella. The umbrella will provide extra shade and comfort – especially during the Summer months. The umbrella is easy to operate; just turn the handle to open or close and there are ties to secure it when you're done.
Since this upgrade, we’ve noticed an increase in neighbors enjoying the view. Be sure to stop by and take a look for yourself. And if you see your neighbor – be sure to say “Hello.”
