Merry Christmas 2022 in SC6

Five neighbors chosen as winners of the SC6 Christmas Decoration Contest

On the evening of Wednesday, December 21st, a few of Santa's elves, with North Pole Tea in hand, traveled the neighborhood looking for Christmas decorations worthy of Santa's praise. The elves toured up and down every street, making note of the dazzling lights, statues, figures, inflatables, wreaths, nativity scenes, icicles, angels, and more.

Competition this year was fierce. Many homes were decorated for the Christmas holiday and there were so many outstanding displays. It wasn't easy, but by the end of the night, the large list was whittled down to five homes selected as this year's winners of the SC6 Christmas Decoration Contest

Wining Christmas Displays

See below the decorations of the winning homes in SC6. We had two winners on Welson road, two winners on Chelmsford court, and one winner on Oldcastle drive. Congratulations to the winners, who won $50 gift cards, and a big thank you to all those who helped brighten up our neighborhood for the holiday season. If you weren't selected as a winner this year, don't lose hope. There is always next year! Ho Ho Ho, Merry Christmas!

Honey to taste

Bring the water to a boil. Pour hot water over the tea bag and cinnamon stick. Add a splash of wild blueberry juice and honey to taste. Let steep for 15 minutes. Enjoy this Elf-favorite beverage of the Christmas season.
