WHEN ARE ASSESSMENTS DUE AND HOW SHOULD I PAY?
Dues Assessments are collected twice each year and are due January 1 and July 1. Payments made by check should be made out to Southchase Parcel 6 Community Association, Inc. and can be mailed to the management company.

On-line payments can be made at the management company website ASCFlorida.com.

For other payment arrangements, please call the management office.
